| Just got back from Brigueuil on saturday (17th). Had a bit of a mixed week. Had a great start on the Sunday when i banked 3 x 40's, 2 x 20's and lost a nice 30 at the net. Taught i was in for a bumper week but it wasn't to be. The lake just stopped fishing on the Monday and very little came out for the rest of the week, except to the dutch lads on swim 11 who had the 51. I managed another 2 x 20's to 26lb to end up with 3 x 40's and 4 x 20's for the week, so a cracking week all the same. I had The Parrott at 45-12, Stumpy at 44-14 and The Twin Barbel at 43-08. The photo's of the parrot aren't the best,a bit bright, and the ones of stumpy are blurred. I've pictures of stumpy from last year so no big deal. The Parrott 45-12 Twin Barbel 43-08 Top stuff from Dan, Treacy and Andy as usuall. Cheers to auld Pete on swin 9 for the company. Brian. |

 | Subject: Brigueuil Special offer 2012 Sat Oct 22 2011, 08:58 | |
| Hi guy's,
thanks for all your help and support over the years that Dan has been here, we really appreciate it. With Dan's help we really feel that we are making some serious progress. We have removed a lot of smaller fish with the help of Davey, Lee and Anto towards the end of the season and moved them to our newly acquired stock pond. This year we have seen two of our fish push over the 50lb mark and also this week Frank's common came out at 49lb 2oz (verified this time). It is great to see so many familiar faces coming back year after year. We have noticed that the price that you guy's have paid for the flights this year have exceeded that of previous years. We accept that for a lot of you it can be an expensive holiday with the flights, tackle hire, food and bait. Because of this we have decided to do it in the form of a package. If you decide to fly in with tackle hire food and bait then we will do it for an all in price of 475 euros, this will include pick up form Limoges airport all your tackle apart from your bite alarms, reels, terminal tackle and sleeping bag (sleeping bag due to hygiene reasons) 10 kilo's of Darenth Valley Baits and your normal three meals a day. If you want to book dates for next year we will require 50% deposit as usual and the remainder of the balance 8 weeks before arrival. If you are interested please contact us, there is already limited availability for March and April. At this moment in time this special offer applies for 2012. On another note Dan seems to be having a great time in Thailand but we have only seen pictures of fish!!! LOL. |
