tight lines to all heading to france.....happy days.....ours getting close to 12th june

Hell yeah, Roll on June 12th.
Cant wait, never fished in France before.
Dont suppose I'll have any problem beating a pb of 17lb 14oz.
Or does it count if its French?
Who cares, I'm goin to France.

The important thing to keep in mind is to keep focussed on what you are doing. The first day or two can be slow as many anglers pile in the last of their bait the night before leaving so it may take a day or two for that to be cleared.

Find out as much about your swim as possible. When we do go abroad I don't think anybody in our party has a rod in the water before 6pm as we try to get out in boats or use the marker rods to map what's in front of us before planning what spots to fish.

I a agree with you Paul C 100% first day you will be spending time for baiting and working with marker float

my mate is already was 6 -8 times on that lake so first we will take a good walk around the lake with lads and he will tell things about the swims Smile

and then will be HAPPY DAYS
