Hi Berny,

Could you please keep us updated on the catches you're having as the Aer Arann flights going into Lorient Airport near to your lake is giving many anglers on here an excellent choice of Venue for a holiday. It would be great to be able to follow how the lake is progressing throughout the year.

All the best for the 2009 season.

Hi Paul,

Many thanks for letting us post our catch reports - its very much appreciated.

Last week - w/c 11/04/09 we had 51 carp landed. 4 Anglers + Gordon fished 2 nights

1 x 41lbs 6 x 30lbs - 38lbs - with a lot of fish lost.

Lee and Ian from Kent (here for a 3rd time in 9 months) had 20 - after 3 days and losing 18+ fish Gordon made them (advised them) to change their rigs - and after that they only lost 1 fish - problem solved.

Ended up with 20 fish landed both with new p.b.s of 38lbs and 35lbs 8ozs

David and Paul (they flew in from Manchester with their family) they wanted to fish the same swims as last year, although Gordon suggested fishing the point they stayed put although loads of carp were over their baits, they were not playing ball - Gordon decided to fish for 2 nights (Mon and Tues) and landed 8 carp.

Wednesday morning David and Paul decided to moved and in the last 3 days and landed 23 carp - Paul had a new p.b a stunning 41lbs mirror and David had a new p.b a 35lbs 8 oz common.

All returned hame very happy and have already booked up to return next year.

All the best Berny and Gordon
