 fishing holiday

anybody do anything different than the usual week in france,ie different species or other places or stay at home and do full weeks fishing around the country

yes myself and andy are going to waterford sea fishin tryin to get a few bass hope to get the weekend in . anything yourself colm

i havent got too much interest in sea fishing ,florida looks class ,tarpon dorado amberjacks and sharks and a few beers at night. but my next big trip will be for alligator gar http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUy1_r2a5qU ide like to catch few differnt fresh water species over 100lb ,the easy one wells cat fish is already done.
