I e-mailed David Keep and he replied as follows, he told me his company lost 28000 pounds last year as a result of the weak pound against the euro and the company could not absorb the cost of this again this year ,so I informed him of this that when you are in the business of trading currencies you should be aware of the pitfalls that comes with such business practise, and that poor business models are not acceptable when taking hard earned cash from customers. Awaiting reply Best of fishing in France

I made that point Mike and asked him, if I asked for a refund if I payed when the pound was strong and if suddenly the pound became weak would he issue me the price difference on the lake fee. Awaiting reply form David Keep ???????????????? All Good Things Come To Those Who Wait

i see one of you guys said that AL lodge the money in a holding account before paying the venue.sounds to me like they were possibly using this account to rack up some interest on the money, therefore not only do they get their normal cut but also the interest on top of it,now i could be wrong, just a thought.

I travelled to Margot in 2007 and I found Angling Lines dvd very glossy and a bit over the top and ok I admit I booked Margot, I did enjoy the trip and had a P.B. we travel to these venues in search of big doubles, there seems to be a monoploy on these lakes through Angling Lines, the amazing boilies they try to sell on the dvd makes me laugh also, it was poor business and I feel for ya lads, maybe try and have a word with Mr Bigot on your trip although his English is poor enough when I was talking to him.
